If elected to the Senate, I would introduce legislation to statutorily reverse the decision of the Supreme Court of the United States in the case known as: Citizens United v. FEC (The Federal Election Commission). The Court erred in its decision in which it said that Corporations were persons and that money was speech.
Corporations are not persons and money is not speech and corporations should not be allowed to spend unlimited amounts in support of, or against, any person running for elected office
